not by the names attached to them.
In line with the standards of the international advisory and legal community, we present our
work without disclosing client identities.
organisations on cross-border employment, mobility, and compliance. We treat the identity of
our clients as we treat their data with absolute discretion. The engagements below are anonymised, representative samples drawn from active and completed mandates across 150+ jurisdicions.
Eight sectors · Selected mandates
Energy & Utilities
A leading European energy and utilities group required the deployment of technical specialists across multiple jurisdictions to support a long-term infrastructure programme. We acted as Employer of Record in each location, ensuring full compliance with local labour, tax, and immigration regimes. Payroll, benefits, and reporting were consolidated into a single governance framework.
Aerospace & Defense
A global aerospace and defence prime contractor needed to mobilise senior engineers into a sensitive jurisdiction on a tight timeline. We secured the necessary work authorisations, structured compliant local employment contracts, and managed dual-tax exposure for the assignees. The project launched on schedule with no regulatory exposure.
Engineering & Construction
A multinational engineering and construction firm, awarded a flagship infrastructure mandate, required a compliant on-site workforce combining expatriates and local hires in a high-risk jurisdiction. We delivered a turnkey solution covering EoR, immigration, payroll, and risk advisory, acting as the single contractual interface throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing
A privately held industrial manufacturer expanding into Latin America required an interim employment solution while its local entity was being incorporated. We onboarded the first wave of executives and technicians under our EoR framework, then transitioned them seamlessly to the client's own entity once operational. Payroll and compliance services continued across adjacent markets.
Agribusiness & Food
A leading European agri-food group sought to consolidate the international employment of its sales and R&D staff operating across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. We replaced a patchwork of local arrangements with a coherent EoR and global payroll framework, reducing administrative cost and exposure while improving the employee experience.
Life Sciences & Healthcare
A leading clinical research and diagnostics group running multi-country trials required compliant employment vehicles for medical specialists operating across Europe and emerging markets. We provided full EoR coverage, managed regulated-profession recognition where applicable, and structured fiscal and social-security treaty optimisation for each individual assignment.
Technology & Digital Services
A global technology and cloud-infrastructure provider sought to engage senior architects in a country where it had no legal presence and no plans to incorporate. We employed the team under our EoR framework, structured equity and bonus treatment in line with local rules, and delivered ongoing global mobility advisory as the engagement scaled.
Transportation & Logistics
An international shipping and logistics group required a consistent contractual and tax framework for shore-based and travelling personnel deployed across multiple jurisdictions. We designed — and now operate — the cross-border employment architecture, ensuring alignment with international labour conventions and host-country compliance.
