About Us

A practice,
not a platform.

A team-led advisory firm.
A quarter-century of mandates.
A single specialisation: complex Employer of Record for executive populations.
— 01 Who We Are

A collective of senior advisors.

MobilityPartners is an international advisory practice. We are not a platform, not a
software vendor, not a generalist HR provider. We are a team of senior practitioners,
immigration counsel, payroll architects, and global mobility advisors — who handle the
cross-border situations that automated services decline.

The practice is deliberately built around the team rather than around any single name.
Each engagement is led by a named senior advisor with full accountability for the file,
supported by other specialists from within the practice as the situation requires. There
are no junior teams, no offshore back-office, no ticketing systems. The person you
speak to is the person who does the work.

— 02 Twenty-Five Years of Practice

Pioneers of complex Employer of Record.

We were among the first practitioners to design and deliver Employer of Record solutions for
executive populations operating across borders. Long before EOR became a familiar acronym in HR
vocabulary, our team was already structuring compliant cross-border employment for the senior
leadership of multinational organisations — under local labour law, with local benefits.

Twenty-five years on, that early specialisation has matured into the practice clients engage today.
The mandates have grown more complex; the standard of work has not changed.

— 03 Specialised by Choice

Built for the complex end of the market.

We operate, by design, outside the high-volume, platform-based segment of the EOR market. Our
practice is shaped around mandates where judgment, not process determines the outcome:
executive contracts with equity, LTIPs and bespoke clauses; multi-jurisdictional structures with
permanent establishment exposure; cross-border compensation architectures; family relocations
under compressed timelines.

These are the situations standard platforms classify as out of scope. They are the situations our
practice was built to handle, and the only ones we accept.

— 04 Our Working Standard

A culture of craftsmanship and safety.

We hold ourselves to a particular standard: the work of senior advisors who care about the work
itself. Every contract is drafted for the situation in front of us, not assembled from a template
library. Every cross-border position is assessed for permanent establishment, social-security, and
personal tax exposure before a contract is signed. Every recommendation passes through internal
risk review before it reaches the client.

Quality and safety are not deliverables we add at the end. They are the method by which the work is
done in the first place.
The cost of getting cross-border employment wrong is, in our experience,
systematically greater than the cost of getting it right — and our working standard is calibrated
accordingly.

Where platforms stop,
we step in.
